The exhibition “Jardins d’Orient” tells the story of oriental garden design in five stages, from ancient times to the most contemporary innovations, and from the Iberian Peninsula to the Indian subcontinent. For the occasion, an exceptional temporary garden covered the plaza in front of the Institute of the Arabic World in Paris to immerse the visitor in the timelessness of oriental gardens.

To create the graphic design, we mixed traditional patterns that flowed throughout the exhibition. They are cut out of a wall or even printed on a ceiling. To process the texts, we chose the BTP typography, which is known for its multiple facets, a character between graphic design and architecture, just like the oriental gardens.
